AAA Security Guard Services, LLC is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. No employee is allowed to drink, sell, possess or be under the influence of drugs on any property owned by or leased on, LLC or in any vehicle owned or leased on behalf of AAA Security Guard Services, LLC Over-the-counter medication and prescription medicine can generally be used at work as long as it doesn't interfere with your ability to work. Employees should inform their supervisor if they believe taking their medication will impair work performance, safety or the safety of others. They also need to be aware of how their medication can affect them and begin discussions with those involved about any possible needs, such as reasonable accommodations when using that medication.
AAA Security Guard Services, LLC we're very clear that employees can't show up to work after using drugs or alcohol. If you see someone using these substances, be sure to let a supervisor or HR know right away. As we all know, alcohol and drugs are dangerous at work and in other situations. In cases where such substances create a threat to the safety of yourself and others, It is mandatory to report any violations of our policy. These can happen up to the limits of federal, state, and local laws., AAA Security Guard Services, LLC reserves the right to examine and test for drugs and alcohol at our discretion.
As a condition of your employment with AAA Security Guard Services, LLC employees must comply with this Drug & Alcohol Abuse Policy. It's advised that the at-will employment relationship between AAA Security Guard Services, LLC and its employees shall remain unchanged.. Employees found in violation of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
